TERMS OF SALE (CGV)

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms of Sale" or "CGV") govern all sales of digital subscriptions and paid digital features concluded on the website and application Internet's Answer (accessible at https://internetsanswer.com), between the Publisher on the one hand, and any individual or legal entity purchasing a subscription (hereinafter the "Subscriber" or "Customer") on the other hand.

1. Identification of the Seller

2. Essential Characteristics of the Services

Internet's Answer provides an interactive opinion quiz and social consensus comparison service. Two primary access tiers are available:

• Free Player Tier (Free): Unlimited participation in public quizzes, quiz creation subject to hourly rate limits, standard Points progression, and public group access.
• Premium Membership Tier (Paid): Unlimited quiz creation (no hourly rate limits), permanent 1.5x Points multiplier on all quizzes, exclusive Crown badge and golden avatar border, professional creator analytics (demographics, drop-off by question, CSV exports), and unlimited group creation.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Applicable prices are displayed on the Membership Page in Euros (€) All Taxes Included (TTC):

• Monthly Subscription: 4.99 € TTC per month, without long-term commitment, billed monthly on the anniversary date.
• Annual Subscription: 39.99 € TTC per year (equivalent to 3.33 €/month, saving 33%), with a 1-year commitment, billed in one annual installment.

Payments are made online via credit card or secure digital payment methods processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider. The subscription fee is immediately due upon checkout.

4. Tacit Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions are entered into for the agreed period (monthly or annually) and renew automatically for successive periods of equivalent duration unless cancelled by the Subscriber prior to the renewal date.

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty:

• Directly from their account settings dashboard online;
• Or by sending a written notice to contact@internetsanswer.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. The Subscriber retains full Premium access until that expiration date. No partial pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days during an active period.

5. Right of Withdrawal (B2C Consumers)

A. Statutory Principle

Under Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumer buyers ordinarily benefit from a statutory fourteen (14) day cooling-off period to exercise their right of withdrawal from distance contracts without stating grounds or incurring costs.

B. Statutory Digital Exception & Express Waiver

Pursuant to Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

When subscribing, by confirming immediate activation of Premium digital features, the Subscriber expressly requests immediate performance of the digital service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal for the initiated billing cycle.

If the digital service has not commenced upon express request, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days using the model withdrawal form in the Appendix below or by sending an unambiguous declaration to contact@internetsanswer.com.

6. Specific Provisions for Professional Customers (B2B)

When subscriptions are purchased by professionals or organizations for their commercial or business activity:

• No statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies.
• Late Payment Penalties: Late payments automatically incur interest equal to the European Central Bank refinancing rate plus 10 percentage points (Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
• Fixed Recovery Fee: A statutory lump-sum indemnity of forty (40) Euros for debt recovery costs is due automatically from the first day of late payment (Articles L.441-10 and D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code).

7. Legal Warranties for Digital Services

The Seller is bound by the legal guarantees of conformity for digital content and services set forth in Articles L.224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. The consumer has the right to the digital service being brought into conformity in the event of non-conformity during the duration of the contract.

8. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute following prior written complaint to our customer service, the consumer has the right to seek free recourse through an accredited consumer mediation service.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution prior to legal action. Failing amicable agreement, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the publisher's registered domicile, without prejudice to mandatory protective rules applicable to consumers.
