By publishing content on Internet's Answer, the user grants the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license for the statutory duration of copyright to reproduce, display, adapt, statistically aggregate, and publicly represent such content on the platform and its official communication channels.

As a hosting provider under Article 6-I-2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 (LCEN), the publisher does not conduct general prior surveillance of content posted by users.
Anyone may report manifestly unlawful content by sending a detailed notification (URL, grounds, screenshots) to: contact@internetsanswer.com or via our Contact & Support form. Manifestly unlawful content will be promptly removed or disabled.
In the event of a material or repeated violation of these Terms of Service or applicable laws, the publisher reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice or indemnity, without prejudice to potential legal actions.
Users may autonomously delete their account at any time via the Account Deletion page or their profile settings.
The publisher strives to maintain the platform accessible 24/7, but does not warrant uninterrupted uptime. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or force majeure events.
Statistical results and opinion scores are automatically generated from user contributions and serve an exclusively entertainment and informative purpose. They do not constitute scientific, medical, sociological, or legal advice.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement shall be sought prior to legal proceedings. In the absence of an amicable agreement, competent French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules of public order protecting consumers.
