How to Delete Your Account
Pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR (Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten), users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data at any time:
- Directly from your authenticated user profile settings under the "Danger Zone" tab;
- Or by emailing your formal request to contact@internetsanswer.com from the email address associated with the account.
What Happens Upon Deletion?
- Your user account is immediately deactivated and disconnected across all devices;
- Your profile information (username, email, password hash, avatar) is permanently purged;
- Any personal identifying data linked to your game history is purged;
- Anonymous statistical contributions to global opinion polls are retained in irreversibly aggregated form to preserve historical consensus statistics;
- Mandatory legal and accounting records (such as payment receipts) are retained strictly in accordance with statutory retention periods (10 years under French Commercial Code Art. L.123-22).
